What you get

Brand strategy

Who you’re for, what you’re actually selling them, and why they should pick you over the business next to you. Settle this and every decision after it gets easier.

Naming

A name you can spell down a phone, defend in a room and actually own. WeDiscover and Stone Cold AF both started here.

Visual identity

Logotype, type and colour, plus the system that keeps them holding together across everything you put out, whoever is making it.

Services and packages

How this works

Most of the value lands before anything gets designed. Expect to spend the first stretch being asked questions rather than shown logos.

01Immersion

I read how people in your world already talk. What they’re proud of, what they’re quietly embarrassed by, and what your competitors keep saying that nobody believes.

02Positioning

We settle what you are, who it’s for and why it’s worth choosing, in language you can repeat without wincing. Naming happens here if you need one.

03Identity

The part you probably thought was the whole job. It moves quickly once the first two are settled, because every choice already has a reason you can repeat out loud.

04Handover

Files, guidance and enough explanation that you can brief someone else without me in the room. A brand you can’t use on your own isn’t finished.

Ferryhill, County Durham

I want as few people as possible to feel as alone as I did.

I grew up in a pit village that had already decided what a person was supposed to be. I wrote that line down in 2020 and it hasn’t changed since. Everything here is a version of it.

The whole story

A batch of printed Order of Service booklets for June Douthwaite

Founder · 2026

June

She was diagnosed on Christmas Eve 2025 and died on 17 February 2026. Somebody handed us a template for the Order of Service. Clip art, a cluttered border, a font nobody chose. So I sat up that night and made her a proper one.

I designed it, wrote it and built it. The builder, the print pipeline, the funeral director dashboard, all of it.

The full story

Feedback from those workshops averaged 9.6 out of 10.

Three quarters of the returned forms gave full marks. Every score is published on the case study exactly as it came back, the eights alongside the tens.
